Clear Channel Airports Receives Three-Year Extension for Omaha Airport

clearchannelairports_275Clear Channel Airports, a subsidiary of New York City-based billboard and signage giant Clear Channel Outdoor, announces that the Omaha Airport Authority has awarded a three-year contract extension for CCA to continue handling advertising at that city’s Eppley Airfield.

The agreement continues a relationship that began in 2009, when CCA invested nearly a half million dollars in deployment of first-to-market digital media to Omah’a Eppley Field. Through this investment, CCA nearly doubled the annual revenue of the previous concessionaire during the course of contract term.

The extension marks CCA’s second major contract announced in 2019, following Philadelphia International Airport.

Located four miles from downtown Omaha, Eppley Field (OMA) is a medium-hub airport that served more than 5 million passengers in 2018.
