Avery Dennison Completes Hanita Coatings Acquisition

Mentor, Ohio-based graphic films manufacturer Avery Dennison announces it has completed its acquisition of Hanita Coatings, an Israel-based pressure-sensitive materials manufacturer that makes specialty films and laminates.

The purchase price was $75 million.

In addition to its headquarters, Hanita Coatings has sales and distribution facilities in the U.S., Germany, China and Australia.

Hanita Coatings will be known as Avery Dennison Hanita and will continue its operations as a distinct business unit.
