Established over 30 years ago by the current owner, Glenbrae Signs, a Victoria, Australia-based signage shop, has recently been listed for sale via CRE Brokers. The business has over 1,700 active customers and boasts sales averaging over $1.3 million in the last three years.

Glenbrae Signs history and offerings

Starting as a traditional signwriting shop, the business has evolved with the technology of large-format digital printing and CNC routing. With the current owner looking to retire, the business has been set so the current staff can continue to service its customer base while the new owners take the reigns of the company.

With an in-house, long-term team of eight, Glenbrae Signs produces a broad and varied service to its customer base, including corporate branding, vehicle graphics and wraps, site signage, banners and displays, and 3D and illuminated signage, as well as websites, social media, and full branding services.

According to the shop’s property listing:

  • the facility is equipped with machines such as Roland, Mimaki, Signmaster, CNC, etc.;
  • is a member of the Australian Sign & Graphics Association,
  • and includes vehicles, IP, IT, branding, socials, and more.

In addition, the current owner is said to ensure a successful hand-over via a full ops manual and willingness to assist in the process.

The shop is considering offers between $1.5 million and $1.7 million.
