Armodilo and Elo Partner to Create a Seamless Touchscreen Self-Serve Solution
The companies say the partnership combines Armordilo's award-winning kiosk design with Elo's easy-to-use software.
Ontario, Canada-based Armodilo Display Solutions, makers of tablet stands and kiosks and other digital signage delivery equipment announces that it is partnering with Milpitas, California-based Elo, a maker of touchscreens used in digital signage and point-of-sale applications, on a new self-serve product.
Under the partnership, many of Elo’s touchscreen solutions will be fully compatible with Armodilo kiosk stands. The 10-inch Elo I-Series 2.0 for Android all-in-one touch computers will be compatible with most Armodilo kiosks, and 15-inch Elo I-Series 2.0 for Android and I-Series for Windows touchscreens will be compatible with select Armodilo products, including that company’s Sphere and Floor kiosk stands.
According to the two companies, the partnership offers clients increased potential for deploying integrated digital touchpoints with more sophisticated software and peripheral capabilities; rugged, brandable kiosk stands with to increase usage rates; and sophisticated self-service kiosk deployment opportunities with a modern look and streamlined cabling in a single package.
