Today’s Vintage Vinyl video comes to us all the way from Ireland-a 2013 wrap job done by Dublin’s own Big Picture Media. The 195-foot-tall Liberty Hall was wrapped to honor the 100-year centenary of the 1913 lockout, one of the most significant labor clashes in Irish history. Involving some 20,000 workers and 300 employers, the dispute last five months and, in the end, led to major advancements for workers’ rights. The building itself served as a soup kitchen during those tumultuous months, and it later became headquarters of the Irish Transport and General Workers Union. (Video by Dublin’s Made in Limbo.)
