Oversized clothespins are a fun and unique way to display photos or other announcements, invitations, etc. With laser engraving, you can customize multiple clothespin picture holders for your customer’s photo collection.

They also make it easy to switch out photos all year round.

Follow these three steps to personalize these useful picture frame alternatives.

Materials Needed

  • Jumbo clothespins
  • Ruler
  • Pencil

Step One: Design

Download a premade design or create your own file. (Image 1) Adjust the print settings according to your laser’s wattage. (Image 2)

Step Two: Placement

Using a ruler, measure the clothespin to locate the center and lightly mark an “x” with a pencil. (Image 3) Choose center/center engraving to ensure proper alignment. (Image 4)

Step Three: Engraving

Place the clothespin in the system and set the focus. Using a 60-watt laser, program the following laser parameters.

Laser Parameters

Engraving: Speed: 100%; Power: 70%; dpi: 600
