Penn Emblem introduces Tyler Joseph to the family-owned business. Bringing the company into its fourth generation, Joseph will train in all areas of the branding and decorating solutions manufacturing company to become familiar with all aspects of the business.

With a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, Joseph is well-versed in advertising, media, and the digital marketing community, the company says. As a high school student and during college breaks, he worked as an intern at Penn Emblem. Following graduation, Joseph worked at large media agencies such as Mediavest and the Omnicom Group, global media, advertising, and communication firms.

“As a new employee to Penn Emblem Company, there are many things I am looking forward to during my time here,” he notes. “I am excited to learn the business from the ground up, bringing the tools and creative thinking that I have learned previously to the business. I believe the best way to learn an industry is to learn a little bit from each department. I am committed to being a team player and look forward to helping in every way possible.”

He looks forward to utilizing his experience to bring a different angle to the company. “I am committed to the challenge of a changing industry and look forward to working together as a member of the Penn Emblem Company team,” Joseph says, visualizing a positive future for the company. “In my world, speed of delivery and commitment to serving the customer is crucial to the success of our business.
