YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y.-GAME Sportswear announces multiple leadership and operational changes at the company. Staff changes include new generations of the family’s lineage.
With leadership, the company names Andrea Cancellieri as president. Cancellieri’s father, Enrico Genovese, founded GAME more than 40 years ago.
“As a family run business, I am thrilled to see the next generation take over,” states Genovese. “Andrea has the vision, commitment, and leadership to keep the business thriving for generations to come.”
The company also names Enzo Cancellieri, Andrea Cancellieri’s husband, as executive vice president of operations.
In addition to staff changes, GAME notes a number of operational changes. The company says it now operates all production from its Yorktown Heights, New York headquarters for “improved communication and efficiency.” Other departmental changes include an upgraded purchasing department with a deep inventory, an expanded design and embellishment department, and an expanded large bid support department. The support department provides assistance for custom orders, sourcing, and guidance navigating the governmental bid process.
“Last year was very strong for us and these new departments and services will help us even better support our customers as they strive to grow their businesses this year,” says Andrea Cancellieri.
