This was the first-ever full-body vehicle wrap that Dale Leaver of Tennessee's Dent Machine ever did.

This week’s featured project is a first-literally.

“This is the very first full wrap ever for the new vinyl wrap/graphics part of my business,” Dale Leaver, the owner of Dent Machine in Hendersonville, Tennessee, told Sign & Digital Graphics last year. “In fact, it’s my very first full vehicle wrap, ever. I’ve wrapped helmets, Junior dragsters, vehicle stripes and some full color decals, but never a full vehicle ’til now.

“I wanted something big to showcase the flexibility of the film and to see exactly how far I could push myself. I think it turned out pretty good for a first timer. My shop is close to Fort Campbell (Kentucky) so the military theme gets a lot of attention.”

Leaver has since moved his shop from Clarksville, where he was when he did this wrap, to Hendersonville, a city not far from the Nashville metropolitan area but far enough away so that it’s right next to Old Hickory Lake and the Cumberland River. Based on Google maps and Images, they’re two bodies of water that appear to be highly fishable!

Hey Dale, we at WRAPS central wish you a lunker in your near future.

Incidentally, this wrap was printed on a Roland RX640, using Avery Dennison RS 1005 vinyl with matte laminate and Oracal perforated window film.
