This week’s featured project comes to us all the way from Johannesburg, South Africa, and features a wrap that Gavin Marais of Optimum Colour sent into SDG a couple years ago. Far from being in the jungle, Optimum Colour’s hometown is in fact one of the most populated urban areas in the world, with a population of nearly 4 ½ million people. That’s a lot of potential clients for this shop, which just about does it all: T-shirts, banners, signs, posters, wallpaper, backlit signs, and of course, vehicle wraps. Marais created this wrap for his own shop, using an Epson GS 6000 printer with 3M IJ180 film with a matte laminate.
