Featured Project: New ANC Digital Displays at Bucknell’s Basketball Pavilion

The new screen will complement the one put in last year, and the arena is also getting a new ribbon display.

Purchase, New York-based ANC, a designer, integrator, operator and creator of content for video display systems for stadiums, arenas and other entertainment facilities, announces a partnership with Bucknell University to expand the number of video displays in the school’s basketball arena.

Prior to last season, ANC installed a high-definition video board on one end of Sojka Pavilion. The 12.07′ high x 20.47′ wide board supplanted the original matrix display that had been in place since the facility opened in 2003.

For this season, a new sister board the same size has been added. In addition, a 4.20′ high x 40′ wide ribbon board is being installed.

The new displays are operated through ANC’s vSOFT control system. ANC’s creative services department is once again partnering with the school’s athletic department to create engaging and interactive gameday content for the video display system, such as game information, energizing game prompts and student-athlete features.
