The invention of perforated film has been a boon to the wrap industry. Previously, wrap installers doing a full vehicle wrap would have to be creative about how they applied the film without impeding the driver’s or passengers’ vision. Now, perforated film allows for wrapping right over the top of windows-sometimes to dramatic effect.

However, there are special considerations when working with windows and perf film. How you handle any text in the design, for example, will have a big effect on whether you come out with a job looking smooth or shoddy. And there are a wide variety of films out there-some that work better than others.
