Crystal in general is underused as a promotional product. When most people think crystal, they either think of the high-end items everyone gets as a wedding gift, or an award. As a business, your focus may be on awards, but there are actually plenty of ways to use crystal for smaller items like promotional products. The nice thing about this substrate as a promotional product is that trophy shops already have the equipment, they just need to do the etching.
