What advice would you give to a shop looking to add a router?

When retailers start researching routers, they should ask about training and customer support. Some router manufacturers only offer a day of training during the install of the machine, while others allow up to five days of dedicated training, not tied to the installation of the machine. If and when your router breaks down, customer service is also extremely important. You want a router manufacturer who stands behind all the components of their machine, and has the knowledge and manpower to get you up and running asap.
