I see individual businesses doing business on a smarter level. Let’s not minimize the influence of information technology on the awards and engraving industries. The world has literally shrunk as a result of the internet, and accessibility and information is readily available to a virtually unlimited extent.

It has become relatively easy to access ideas, technical information, and customers on the internet. This will continue to drive both business and information in our industry aggressively. Businesses will thrive only if they keep themselves informed of this information continuously, because unlike in the past, it is easier to get passed by through lack of information. It is important to understand that in today’s world, technology will always come first, and to minimize its influence is counter-productive. Information is paramount in order to survive in today’s business world. Fight it and it might very well catch up and pass us by.
