Because everyone is coming back after the long summer, it is important to communicate early with the key contacts at each group. Fall sports organizers are often under a significant time crunch to get everything in place quickly, including awards. By reaching out early and letting them know you can take care of their award needs for them, you help them by taking one thing off their plate.
