One simple thing you can do to make production quicker is to start your day by turning your heat press on. We all know that heat presses eat up valuable time as they come up to temperature. Try to get into the habit of turning on your press first thing in the morning and set it for the highest temperature you expect to be working with that day. As you go about your daily routine of handling customer orders, creating artwork, and making transfers, this method will ensure your heat press is ready to go as soon as you need it. To drill this method down even further, group products by similar temperature and pressure requirements so you can finish a whole block of orders before you need to make changes to these settings.
