Customer Service Cue: Ask questions

With easy online access to such a variety of products from around the world that someone may purchase to say thank you or recognize someone, it is getting more difficult to impress the recipient, make them feel special, and show you care. That is why it is important for the giver to put some real thought into how to make the recipient know the giver cares and appreciates them.

Our job is to ask lots of questions and get to know who the recipient is so we can make sure they are wowed and feel special. That’s great service that online sellers cannot replicate.
