We love the idea of using a promotional product to say “thank you” to a customer. Brand something like a keychain or night light with your company logo and send it to some of your best customers with a hand-written note, thanking them for their continued business. You’ll stay top of mind, and when they have business associates looking for someone that offers awards, promotional items, and other personalized products, they’ll think of you because you showed how much you appreciate them.
