How do I maximize my emulsion over mesh percentage?

Our studies have shown that coating screens with a 2:2 technique will give a consistent result.

The 2:2 technique means two coats outside, two coats inside, with extra pressure applied to the last stroke on the inside of the screen. This pushes the most volume of emulsion to the shirt side of the screen, and the coating procedure should yield around 15-18 percent EOM.
