How can awards retailers increase their glass and crystal sales?

The number one way to increase sales is just to provide excellent customer service and have substantial knowledge on the product you are selling. If you are confident in your product, then the customer will be confident, as well. The second best way to increase your sales is to offer engraving or printing on the product. We have also seen many other decorating techniques retailers could offer, such as color-filling, color printing directly on the glass, and subsurface lasering (3D engraving).
