How to Urge Customers to Purchase Sublimatable Gifts

To those struggling with gift-giving, it's up to you to show the way

Sublimation gives you the ability to personalize any sublimatable substrate that you offer, and that alone can enhance your customer’s experience, setting you apart. A gift can say so much more than it would without words ever being spoken, something like I love you, or I am thinking about you. So how, as a seller, does one convey to the buyer the importance of personalization?

To those struggling with gift-giving, it’s up to us to show the way. Displaying personalized items is one of the best ways for customers to visualize what they may want to do. Though you can have generic items that say, “I love you,” what if it says, “With all my love, Robert” (your customer’s name). It now touches a person on a much deeper level. You could also have a sublimated sign that says, “Ask for details on how I can be personalized” next to a substrate on display.
